The George S. & Dolores Doré Eccles Foundation Grants DesignBuildBLUFF
DesignBuildBLUFF is pleased to announce a generous $30,000 grant from The George S. & Dolores Doré Eccles Foundation for the completion of our 2008 Program and Projects, Tositsa and ship/SHOP.
With the Foundation’s assistance, we will move forward with our summer internship in Bluff, completing the much-needed student housing and pre-fab workshop on our Bluff property, which will allow us to return to designing and building more efficient (and simply more!)Navajo homes in 2009 and beyond.
We are especially grateful to The George S. & Dolores Doré Eccles Foundation at the end of this, our fiscal 2008 year, as it is the second consecutive year that the Foundation has provided vital conclusion support to the DesignBuildBLUFF Program. Read more about the munificent philanthropy that The George S. & Dolores Doré Eccles Foundation provides Utah nonprofits at: www.gsecclesfoundation.org
We are also honored to include Mr. Timothy Louis into our family of supporters this week with a very kind donation of $10,000. Without this generous support, our Program and Projects could not succeed. We will strive to honor the integrity and values of each of these esteemed donors.
Reminder: DesignBuildBLUFF’s First Annual Fundraiser is scheduled for Friday, September 5 at 6PM in Park City, at the home of DBB Founder Hank Louis. Watch for your invitation in the mail…
